More than a century ago, in 1913, the most exciting and venerable of off-road motorcycling events was born. We know it as the International Six Days of Enduro and its story is still unfolding today.

The British launched the idea of a contest known as the world trophy for teams consisting of three riders of the same nation who had to use bikes manufactured in their own countries. In 1924, the famous silver vase trophy was introduced: teams of 4 riders, still from the same nation, allowed to ride motorcycles from anywhere in the world.

Usually referred to as the 'Olympics of Motorcycling' the FIM ISDE categories divides in four trophies. The World Trophy, the Junior World Trophy, the Women's World Trophy and the Club Team Awards.
