With an electrifying season opener in Joensuu, Finland, the 2025 FIM Snowcross World Championship now heads to Erciyes, Türkiye, for Round 2.
The high-altitude circuit at Erciyes Ski Resort presents a new challenge, forcing riders to adapt quickly.
Who Will Take Control in Türkiye?
In Joensuu, Elias Ishoel (NOR, Ski-Doo) dominated both finals, securing 59 points and proving he's the man to beat. Aki Pihlaja (FIN, Lynx) won the Qualifying Race and took two strong second-place finishes, earning 54 points. Topi Rinne (FIN, Lynx) completed the podium with 46 points, while Marcus Johansson (SWE, Ski-Doo) and Mille Andersson (SWE, Ski-Doo) rounded out the top five. Jesse Kirchmeyer (USA, Polaris) also impressed with a 4th-place finish in Final 2.
With Erciyes' different terrain and thinner air, the competition is wide open!
WSNX: Can Wilma Jonsson Stop Forsell’s Dominance?
