Motul ACU British Motocross Championship 2026

The Motul ACU British Motocross Championship crosses the bridge into Wales for Round 5 at Monster Mountain, and this is the one and only time the series heads over the River Severn in 2026. Nestled just outside Merthyr Tydfil in the heart of South Wales, this hard pack circuit sits atop what was once an old quarry.

RFX MX125 class

We’re at the halfway point, four rounds down and four rounds still to play for. Drew Stock heads to Wales with a commanding 35-point lead over class rookies Harley Marczak. However, the real battle is raging in the fight for third through seventh, where just 16 points separates Joel Winstanley Dawson, Ollie Walters, Archie Stapley, Alfie Herron, and Lucas Moncrieff.

MX2 class
Charlie Heyman didn’t have it all his own way at Round four at Landrake but still holds a healthy 37-point advantage at the top. Ben Mustoe has moved up to second place, with veteran of the class Tommy Searle breathing right down his neck, just six points separate second and third. EMX/MXGP Gyan Doensen, Billy Askew, and Joe Brookes complete the top six, the depth of talent in this class is as fierce as ever.

Apico MX1 class
It’s all change at the top! Conrad Mewse arrives at Monster Mountain carrying the red plate, but it couldn’t be tighter, just a single point separates him from former red plate holder Ben Watson. Oriol Oliver sits just 12 points off the lead in third, making this a genuine three-way title fight. Keep a close eye on Taylor Hammal in fourth, who has been making serious strides up the order. However, Jeffrey Herlings is back in town, and the former world champion will be sure to mix things up as ‘the Bullet’ does what ‘the bullet’ does.
